SSIS Developer | Contract

Job Scope: 

We are seeking an experienced SSIS Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise data integration within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing complex ETL solutions using SSIS, enabling seamless data movement between Dynamics 365 and banking systems to support regulatory reporting, customer relationship management, and analytics. This role demands solid data engineering skills, banking domain knowledge, and a clear understanding of compliance and data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with banking platforms (e.g., CRM, core banking systems, AML/KYC tools).
• Develop robust ETL workflows to ensure clean, secure, and reliable financial data pipelines.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver secure integration solutions.
• Manage data migrations from legacy systems to Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum data quality.
• Optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for performance in high-volume environments.
• Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring across all ETL processes.
• Ensure data integration solutions align with regulatory standards (e.g., AML, GDPR, SOX, Basel III).
• Maintain clear documentation for all data flows, mappings, and processes.

Job Qualifications: 

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• 10+ years of experience in ETL development using SSIS and SQL Server.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement).
• Deep understanding of financial data models, banking processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in T-SQL, query tuning, and database development.
• Experience with data integration between Dynamics 365 and banking systems (e.g., core banking, risk systems, compliance tools).
• Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, and secure handling of sensitive financial information.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, performance issues, and integration failures.
